Introduction to CAMS
The SwimSafer 2.0 Centralised Assessment Management System (CAMS) is Singapore’s new official platform for managing SwimSafer 2.0 assessment registrations, theory quizzes, results, and certificates. From July 2025, assessments will follow the centralised CAMS format, introducing new processes for registration, theory quizzes, results, and certificates for all SwimSafer participants across Singapore.

📝 Registration & Payment
At Sttitude Swim School, we’ll be handling the mass registration process for all our students so that parents don’t need to worry about navigating the registration on their own. Here’s what you need to know:
Registration
- Parents can register via our Registration Form (sent via WhatsApp) with accurate participant details.
- Each child must be registered with one unique email address (used as CAMS User ID).
👉 Please prepare a separate email for each child. (e.g. 1 child= 1 email, 2 child= 2 email)
Payment
- Complete your registration through our Registration Form and make payment via PayNow or Bank Transfer to our UEN.
- Once registration has closed, please allow a few days for processing.
- A CAMS account will be created for each participant – you’ll receive an email notification once the account is ready.
💻 Online Theory Quiz
The Theory quiz is compulsory and must be completed on the CAMS Platform.
✅ Notes:
- The Theory Quiz becomes available once registration is confirmed (notification sent via WhatsApp).
- The quiz must be completed within 7 days of the practical test date.
(e.g. Practical test on 21 Sept → Theory quiz deadline 28 Sept) - Unlimited attempts allowed until a 90% or higher score is achieved.
Steps to complete the quiz:
- Log in to the CAMS Platform
- Click on “My Quizzes”
- Select the relevant quiz to begin
- Click on “Results” to check completion
Extension
- A one-time extension may be requested on the CAMS Platform before the deadline.
(Extension lasts 1 month and incurs a $5 administrative fee.) - No further extensions will be granted. Participants who fail to complete the quiz by the deadline will forfeit their practical assessment result.
Revision / Mock Test
In the weeks leading up to the SwimSafer test, our coaches will guide students through test sequences during regular swim lessons to help them feel confident and ready. In addition, we’ll also organise Revision / Mock Test sessions to familiarise students with the actual test format.
These practice sessions allow students to:
- Build mental readiness and confidence for the assessment
- Familiarise themselves with the test format
- Practise in the clothing and equipment needed
- Experience a simulated test environment
- Receive personalised feedback from coaches on areas to improve
✅ Notes:
- All students who have successfully registered for the SwimSafer test with us are eligible to join the mock preparation session.
- Students must bring all required equipment (e.g., goggles, T-shirt, shorts/long pants) for the mock test session.
📅 Assessment Day
On assessment day, students must bring their parental consent form, required equipment, and arrive early. Stay prepared and be ready for a smooth test day!
ActiveSg+ Swim Entry Pass
- All participants must purchase a swim pass via ActiveSG+ to access the swimming pool on test day.
- Passes are valid only on the day of purchase (please purchase on the day of test)
- Each location requires a specific type of pass:
- Bukit Batok Swimming Complex – Normal pool
- HeartBeat@Bedok Swimming Complex – Featured pool
- Jalan Besar Swimming Complex – Normal pool
- Yishun Swimming Complex – Normal pool
- Yio Chu Kang Swimming Complex – Normal pool

Parental Consent Form
- This form would have been submitted during registration with us.
- Please save a copy and present the email confirmation at the registration counter on test day.
Registration Counter
- Opens 30 minutes before the scheduled time – please arrive early.
- Late arrivals will result in being declined for the assessment.
Required Equipment
- Bring the necessary items according to test stage:
- Goggles 🥽
- T-shirt & shorts (Stages 1–4) 👕🩳
- T-shirt & long pants (Stages 5–6) 👕👖
Weather & Medical Policies
- 🌧️ Inclement Weather: If the assessment is cancelled due to inclement weather, only present participants will be eligible for a rescheduled test.
- 🏥 Medical Absence: Participants who are absent with a valid medical reason (covering the date of the test) shall be eligible for a rescheduled assessment. A copy of the Medical Certificate must be sent to: swimsafer@sttitude.com
📊 Results & Certificates
Once your child has completed both the Theory and Practical assessments, they will have officially finished the SwimSafer 2.0 test! The results will be available
How to access results:
- Click on “Results“
Results:
- Practical Results: See under ‘Physical Test’, shown within 48 hours of practical assessment.
- Theory Quiz Results: See under ‘Quiz’, shown immediately upon passing the online quiz.
- Check for a Green Check = Pass
How to retrieve certificates:
- Click on “My Certificates“
Certificates:
- Available once both Theory and Practical achieve a ‘Pass’.
- New Certificates: Issued digitally on the CAMS Platform
- Old Certificates (before July 2025): Still retrievable from FileSG via ActiveSG SwimSafer.
